News in the Senior Management of the Polyhose Group – Frank Engleder Appointed Director Sales & Operations at Polyhose Germany GmbH
Polyhose India PVT Ltd and Roland Theml are pleased to welcome Frank Engleder as the new Director Sales & Operations within the senior management team of the Polyhose Group.
Over the next six months, Mr. Engleder will gradually take over leadership of Polyhose Germany GmbH from Roland Theml. In this key role, he will be responsible for the operations in the region and drive the strategic and operational management of the company’s site, which plays a crucial role in serving the DACH region, Benelux, Eastern Europe and Southern Europe.
Frank Engleder brings with him extensive and long-standing management experience in the fluid power industry. His professional background includes leading business units, overseeing product management and managing international sales organizations within the market segments. With this wealth of experience, he is ideally equipped to further strengthen and expand Polyhose’s position in Europe on a sustainable basis.

03/2017 - ULTRA HOCHDRUCK Schlauchprogramm UHP
POLYHOSE Germany GmbH first introduced its NEW Ultra High-Pressure (UHP) hose program in Hanover in 2017.
The UHP hose program includes a wide range of proprietary SPIRAL HIGH-PRESSURE hoses with 2 to 8 layers. This allows our hoses to achieve working pressures of up to 3,200 bar. UHP fittings and ferrules made from high-strength steel and high-strength stainless steel, proudly "MADE IN GERMANY," are available from our Nuremberg warehouse.
Pressure tests according to DIN EN ISO standards are carried out on a calibrated hose test bench with the latest technology (test range up to 6,000 bar) in Nuremberg, with certification provided as proof. We can also conduct product training sessions in Nuremberg, including certification of approval. Polyhose Germany GmbH - Hose Connection Technology - Everything from a Single Source
Polyhose Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of the Polyhose Group and a leading global hose manufacturer, has expanded its service portfolio to include stainless steel corrugated hoses. Manufactured by Polyhose, our stainless steel corrugated hoses were developed as part of a joint venture with expertise from TOFLE. TOFLE is a major Japanese manufacturer of stainless steel corrugated hoses, with over five decades of experience in design and production. Through this collaboration, we offer our customers high-quality stainless steel corrugated hoses at competitive prices.
The stainless steel corrugated hoses can be manufactured with or without stainless steel braiding in accordance with EN ISO 10380 standards. We produce hoses with an inner diameter ranging from 6.3 mm to 99.0 mm.
We are confident that this new product offering will complement our existing portfolio, including hydraulic, thermoplastic, industrial, and PTFE hoses. It will provide our customers with effective support in procurement management and help reduce the number of their hose suppliers. Everything from a single source!
INFO: We deliver hoses only, without fittings, as coils in lengths of 25 m & 30 m.

Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to inform you today that we have changed the name of our company. The new company name is:
POLYHOSE Germany GmbH
The company's headquarters will remain unchanged in Nuremberg. Additionally, the ownership structure, legal form, trade register number, address, phone numbers, banking details, and all points of contact will remain the same. Our general terms and conditions, as well as our sales, purchasing, and delivery terms, will also remain unchanged. The name change was made as part of the expansion of our international activities. This is not a legal change, so all contractual relationships will remain unaffected without any further action required.
We kindly ask you to use the new company name for all invoices and other correspondence moving forward.
With this restructuring, we are laying a stronger foundation for continuing a successful business strategy, made possible through close collaboration with you. Paint spray hoses, nozzles, and accessories will continue to be supplied under the EXITFLEX brand. Hydraulic hoses made of plastic, rubber, and PTFE, as well as industrial hoses, will be delivered under our company brand POLYHOSE. Private label products from both categories will continue to be produced and delivered in the same design and labeling as before.
